I had a very different career, not  planned, I studied business administration at the University of Brasília until the last year, I dropped out of school and went to explore the world. I worked as a DJ and radio announcer in the 80's, in the Brazilian rock scene, where I became Cadu, with passages on Manchete and Globo FM radio stations, on Diários Associados and finally on Antena1, when I returned to SP in 87. I did narrations para  TV, commercials, documentaries and several sessions at the São Paulo Planetarium.

 

I'm always in Beta mode, active, undertaking (I had a clothing store, clothing store, advertising agency, created a cultural production company, among other things), I'm a photographer and I've produced some exhibitions. 

 

I was wrong many times (quickly and in different things) and I was right others, which brought me perspective and reflection.

 

​ I learned a lot and that's why I always won, in my experiences in retail, sports, events, entertainment, and culture. Today, I share mistakes, successes and lessons learned with leaders, teams and entrepreneurs, always focusing on self-knowledge and the pursuit of a fulfilling life.
